Timber Harvesting

If you are looking to harvest timber for maximum income, want to improve timber growth, or are looking to improve wildlife habitat, we are the people to call. We work with well respected loggers that are properly insured with liability and workers’ compensation insurance and have Master Logger certification.

Management Plans and Timber Appraisal

We can write a forest management plan that meets the application requirements for a Greenbelt tax classification for forestry as well as provide you with a guide to manage your land. If you own timberland and want to know what the value of the timber is we can conduct a timber cruise and provide an appraisal of the value of your timber.

Tree Planting

If you have bare land that you want to grow trees on, we can get the site prepared and planted with high quality seedlings. We can plant trees for timber production and/or fruit trees for wildlife.  We can help decide what trees to plant and where they should be planted.

Timber Stand Improvement

If you own timberland and are not interested in harvesting timber, but still want to improve timber growth or improve wildlife habitat we can look at other management options to meet your objectives.

Wildlife Habitat Improvement

We are members of the National Deer Association and Mossy Oak Gamekeepers. These organizations provide us with excellent opportunities to learn new management practices that we can use to improve wildlife habitat on your property. Yearly continuing education allows us to stay up to date on new techniques for controlling invasive species, increasing soil fertility and production of food plots, and ultimately growing larger deer and attracting more turkeys.

Property Management and Maintenance

Our equipment lineup includes tractors, bushhogs, no till grain drill, disks, seeders, a bulldozer, and a skid steer. We can repair roads and trails, clear land for food plots, plant food plots, and bushhog overgrown fields.
